You must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering into a legally binding agreement to use our services.
You are responsible for providing accurate information regarding the type, quantity, and condition of scrap materials. Misrepresentation may lead to rejection or price adjustment.
We accept a variety of scrap items including but not limited to: metals, paper, plastic, electronics, and household items. Hazardous or illegal items will not be accepted.
Prices offered are based on current market rates and may vary. Final price will be confirmed after physical inspection by our field executive.
Pickup is available through scheduled appointments only. Kabadi Vaala reserves the right to reschedule or cancel pickups in case of unforeseen circumstances.
All materials will be weighed using calibrated scales. Payments will be made immediately via cash, UPI, or other agreed payment methods.
Kabadi Vaala reserves the right to refuse pickup or purchase of any scrap material that does not meet our standards or legal requirements.
We are not liable for any damage to property during the pickup process unless caused by negligence on our part.
Your personal information will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
Kabadi Vaala reserves the right to modify these terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
